GEYSER 20 ED FV cooling water transport hose
Hose designed specifically for transporting cooling water, used in metallurgical furnaces, transformer cooling systems, and electrical converters. Used in steel metallurgy. The outer layer is coated with fiberglass resistant to heat radiation up to +550°C (temporarily) and splashes of hot materials. The inner layer is insulating (dielectric), R>10^11Ω, resistant to electrical breakdown E≥6000 V/mm, with increased resistance to water and steam penetration under extreme operating conditions. The minimum bending radius in the technical specifications is given for pressures above 3 bar. Inner layer: light blue, insulating EPDM rubber. Reinforcement: synthetic cord. Outer layer: EPDM rubber coated with fiberglass. Working pressure: 20 bar. Operating temperature: from -35°C to +120°C, external up to +550°C.
