Quick-connect coupling socket, DN7.2 Eurostandard with valve, with hose socket, 25 bar, SWING SC

Additional information

Material

CS – steel (cast iron)

Tilted quick coupling socket with valve and hose end, for full flow, intended for compressed air, gases, liquids of low and medium viscosity. Compatible with most popular plug systems, plug profile compliant with the popular EURO DN7.2 standard. Connection occurs by pressing the plug into the socket when its entry is in a position of approximately 90° relative to the rest of the body. At this moment, the flow of the medium is cut off, and the operation can be performed even when the rest of the installation is under pressure. To open the flow, the movable part of the socket along with the plug must be tilted to a straight position, and the ring on the socket body must be locked in special grooves. The venting of the quick coupling occurs through a hole in the socket body by changing the position of the plug by approximately 90°. This helps avoid the recoil effect during disconnection. Working pressure: 25 bar (15 bar for connecting and disconnecting under pressure). Material: nickel-plated steel / aluminum. Operating temperature: from -20°C to +100°C (NBR sealing).
