Extremely abrasion-resistant ORINOCO HP® sandblasting hose
Pressure hose for sandblasting, extremely resistant to abrasion. Thick inner layer made of rubber with exceptionally good abrasion resistance (40±5 mm³ according to ISO 4649 / DIN 53516). Exceeds the requirements of ISO 3861:2008 standard. The inner and outer layers are antistatic, preventing the accumulation of electric charges. Used for highly abrasive materials such as quartz sand, steel shot, corundum, glass in abrasive blasting of steel structures, castings, concrete surfaces, etc. Fitted with special nozzles for sandblasting. Standard length: 60 m / 40 m for a diameter of 16 mm (or 120 m – contact Tubes International). Inner layer: black NR/SBR rubber. Reinforcement: synthetic cord. Outer layer: black synthetic rubber. Working pressure: 12 bar. Operating temperature: from -40°C to +80°C.
