Lightweight, abrasion-resistant pressure hose designed for the transmission of drinking water in large quantities under high working pressure. Flat in a resting state, which facilitates handling and storage. With minimal elongation under pressure and no tendency to kink or twist. Reinforced with a circumferentially woven polyester braid, completely bonded and surrounded by thermoplastic polyurethane in the original hot extrusion production process through braiding. Meets requirements for the transmission of cold drinking water: PZH (no. B.BK.60110.0171.2022, valid until 01.04.2025), KTW-DVGW, WRAS(BS6920), and NSF61. Intended for permanent, temporary, and emergency drinking water supply installations. Used for delivering water to ships, in military field installations, humanitarian actions, mass event services, festivals, etc. Available in other diameters up to 305 mm upon special request. Maximum working pressure for temporary use established according to a safety factor of 2:1 approved by the manufacturer (only for water and safe, non-flammable liquids). To maximize lifespan, it is not recommended to exceed 1/3 of the bursting pressure and the specified breaking force. Standard roll length: 200 m. Hose material: blue polyurethane – polyether (PU) embedded in the braid (textile spacer) in the hose extrusion process. Working pressure: from 18 bar to 25 bar – depending on the hose diameter and temperature. Operating temperature: from -50°C to +75°C (for clean water).
