Butterfly valve for gas, manually operated type 1141H
Butterfly valve, between-flange, centric, WAFER type, intended for industrial gas installations, in pressure class MOP5. It can be opened and closed manually or by a pneumatic actuator. The handle positions the valve in 9 positions: “open,” “closed,” and intermediate positions. It meets the requirements of the PED directive 2014/68/EU. It has NF ROBGAZ certification for compliance with standards EN 13774 and EN 549. Body material: ductile iron EN-GJS-500-7, coated with epoxy 250 ÷ 300 µm. Disc material: stainless steel CF8M (up to DN100), ductile iron EN-GJS-500-7 (from DN125). Stem material: stainless steel AISI 420. Lever material: aluminum. Disc and stem sealing: NBR. Connection: flange PN10/PN16 for DN32 ÷ DN200, ASA150 for DN40 ÷ DN200. Operating temperature: from -20°C to +60°C.
