Reducing adapter RS with BSP, NPT and trapezoidal female and male threads is designed for connecting lines (hoses with fittings) and components of industrial installations with working pressures up to several dozen bar. Used for all kinds of media: water, air, chemical substances, petrochemical products. For very aggressive chemical substances, couplings coated with a chemically resistant ECTFE fluoropolymer lining and a conductive CF-ECTFE lining (R 6 Ω) are available. Depending on the size and manufacturer, the couplings have various shapes of wrench flats. Material: AISI 316 steel. Sealing: flat gasket (PTFE) – BSP female.
