PATOS® hot water and steam delivery hose
Hose for cleaning and washing installations and machines in the food industry with steam and hot water. The inner layer meets FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and BfR XXI category 2 requirements. The outer layer is resistant to vegetable and animal fats. High-quality hose, commonly used for cleaning and washing with hot water or steam in the food industry (e.g., dairies, meat industry). Note: the hose should not be used simultaneously for water and steam. For steam, use special screw-on fittings designed for steam. To extend the lifespan, the hose should be emptied of steam after use to avoid condensation buildup. Standard roll length: 60 m (or 120 m – contact Tubes International). Inner layer: white butyl rubber. Reinforcement: synthetic cord. Outer layer: blue NBR/PVC rubber. Working pressure: 6 bar (10 bar – for water). Safety factor: 10:1 (3:1 – for water). Operating temperature: from -30°C to +165°C (from -30°C to +95°C – for water).
