Suitable for all types of industry, particularly commonly used for dust extraction and the removal of vapors and fine solid particles in the woodworking, furniture, ceramics, and plastics industries. Highly flexible and very axially compressible, also flexible at low temperatures. Good abrasion resistance, in the AS version made of polyester, also resistant to microbes and hydrolysis. Non-toxic, free from halogen compounds and plasticizers. Resistant to oils and gasoline. Installation on couplings with bridge clamps (right-handed). Other diameters may be available upon special request. The hose is available in the following versions: P2 PU – version with polyester-polyurethane, with very good abrasion resistance; P2 PU AS – antistatic version (R ≤108 Ω, compliant with TRBS 2153, for extraction also with TRGS 727), made of polyester-polyurethane, with good abrasion resistance, resistant to microbes and hydrolysis. Hose material: transparent polyester-polyurethane (P2 PU), polyester-polyurethane (P2 PU AS). Wall thickness measured between the spiral: 0.4 mm. Reinforcement: spiral made of steel wire. Operating temperature: from -40°C to +100°C (temporarily up to +125°C).
