Hose for handling milk and milk products EVOLUTION CRUSH-PROOF
Light suction and discharge hose designed for the transfer of milk and its products as well as food substances requiring the use of odorless and tasteless rubber. It contains no phthalates, plasticizers, or animal-derived products. The inner layer is resistant to commonly used cleaning agents and processes in the food industry. The special “CRUSH PROOF” hose construction allows the hose to return under pressure to its original shape after being accidentally run over, for example, by a forklift. The hose is lightweight and easy to handle. Particularly recommended for applications requiring a small bending radius. It retains its flexibility even at low temperatures. Standards and requirements: 1) General: EC 2002/95 (RoHS), EC 1907/2006 (REACH). 2) Food industry, food contact: EC 1935/2004, EC 2023/2006 (GMP). Inner layer compliant with D.M. 21/03/73, FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, BfR, RAL (German Institute for Quality Assurance and Certification). Inner layer: white, smooth NR/NBR rubber. Reinforcement: synthetic cord, plastic spiral. Outer layer: blue synthetic rubber. Working pressure: 6 bar. Operating temperature: from -30°C to +85°C.
