Polyurethane suction and delivery hose, reinforced with steel spiral ARMORVIN PRESS PU
Lightweight, flexible suction and discharge hose with an inner layer made of abrasion and oil-resistant polyurethane, reinforced with a densely arranged steel spiral to increase working pressure and resistance to vacuum. Designed for air, liquids, light chemicals, in pneumatic and hydraulic systems, as well as for the transport of solid substances. The smooth inner surface reduces flow losses and ensures ease of cleaning. The transparent wall allows for visual flow monitoring. Reinforcement with a dense steel wire spiral provides very good resistance to vacuum and hose collapse, as well as a small bending radius. In general industrial applications, it can be used for water, light chemicals, and other fluids based on fats, oils, and hydrocarbons (chemical resistance of polyurethane should be considered) and for air, for vacuum transport of dust, powders, granules, and other abrasive bulk materials (abrasiveness of the medium and potential static electricity issues should be considered). It can be used in the food industry (where American FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 e, f requirements are acceptable) for liquid food substances for hydrated food (“e”) and fatty food (“f”). Inner layer: transparent polyurethane. Reinforcement: steel spiral. Outer layer: transparent PVC. Working pressure at 20°C: from 12 bar to 20 bar – depending on the hose diameter. Operating temperature: from -20°C to +90°C. As the operating temperature increases, the working pressure value of the hose decreases.
