RAGNO PU, TPE and PVC universal air hose
Very lightweight multi-layer hose with an inner layer made of abrasion and oil-resistant polyurethane, intermediate and outer layers made of thermoplastic blend and PVC. Highly flexible, with a small bending radius, non-kinking. Resistant to ozone, fats, oils, and light chemicals. Designed for compressed air and fluids. Widely used in the industry for pneumatic tools, air for spray guns and water-based paint applications, sandblasting, etc. Suitable for mounting on reels. The inner layer is approved for food contact – compliant with European regulations 1935/2004/EC and 10/2011/EU (simulated fluids A, B, and C), 2023/2006/EC (GMP). Inner layer: transparent polyurethane. Intermediate layer: PVC/PU (black color). Reinforcement: polyester braid. Outer layer: TPE/PVC (turquoise color). Working pressure at 20°C: 20 bar. Operating temperature: from -15°C to +60°C. As the operating temperature increases, the working pressure value of the hose decreases.
