Designed for water, light chemicals, sludges and wastewater, plant protection products, and other liquids (excluding fats, oils, and hydrocarbons). Also suitable for air, vacuum transfer of dust, powders, granules, and other lightly abrasive bulk materials (non-greasy). Abrasiveness and potential static electricity issues should be considered. In the food industry, it can be used for the transfer of hydrated food, acidic substances, and alcohols up to 20%, e.g., juices, beverages, beer, wine (simulants A, B, C; up to +40°C). Not recommended for milk and its derivatives or food substances containing fats and oils. Reinforced with a hard PVC spiral, resistant to impact, ensuring good vacuum resistance and preventing hose collapse. The outer surface is corrugated, while the inside is smooth. The AGROFLEX LD hose complies with European regulations 1935/2004/EC, 10/2011/EU (simulants A, B, C), 2023/2006/EC (GMP). Suitable for temporary contact with food during the transfer of food substances – under conditions specified in the manufacturer’s declaration of conformity (available from Tubes International). Hose material: green transparent PVC. Reinforcement: white spiral made of hard PVC. Working pressure at 20°C: from 2 bar to 6 bar. As the operating temperature increases, the working pressure value of the hose decreases. Operating temperature: from -10°C to +60°C.
