REAL® delivery hose for highly aggressive chemicals
Hose for the transmission of almost all aggressive chemical substances. Specifically designed for the petrochemical industry for fuels with high concentrations of aromatic hydrocarbons, hot oil, and solvents. Due to the high overall chemical resistance of FPM rubber, it can be used for aggressive chemicals, in many cases also at elevated temperatures. The inner layer is made of smooth black FKM fluorine rubber. Reinforcement with synthetic cord. The outer layer is made of CR chloroprene rubber, resistant to weather conditions, ozone, abrasion, and oils. Confirmation of resistance and application conditions requires contact with Tubes International, especially for temperatures above 50ºC. Inner layer: black FKM rubber (FPM, viton). Reinforcement: synthetic cord. Outer layer: black CR rubber. Working pressure: 10 bar. Operating temperature: from -25°C to +100°C.
