Suction and discharge hose with extreme flexibility designed for the transfer of liquid products in the petrochemical industry, containing up to 60% aromatic compounds. Suitable for use in tank trucks for transporting diesel fuel, ethanol, gasoline, and oils. Inner layer made of black, smooth Chemigum® rubber (NBR, oil resistance: RMA class A). Reinforcement with synthetic cord and two steel wire spirals. Outer layer, deeply corrugated, made of black synthetic Chemivic® rubber (NBR/PVC), resistant to petrochemical substances, oils, and greases, and abrasion. Features a copper wire ensuring electrical continuity between the hose ends – provided it is properly connected to the fittings. Due to the external corrugation, the hose is extremely flexible, requiring minimal force to bend. Its minimum bending radius is equal to the inner diameter of the hose. The external corrugation also reduces the drag resistance of the hose on the ground, and the lightweight construction facilitates hose handling. Inner layer: black NBR rubber. Reinforcement: synthetic cord, steel spirals. Outer layer: black synthetic Chemivic® rubber. Working pressure: from 10 bar to 17 bar – depending on the hose diameter. Vacuum: 0.9 bar.
