Flexible suction and discharge hose intended for the transport of food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic substances: water, fruit juices, beer, wine, vinegar, alcohols up to 96% concentration, milk and its derivatives, creams, soaps, aromatic substances, pigments, and others. Resistant to fats and oils in standard usage conditions. It has good chemical resistance to light chemicals – solutions of acids and bases. Extruded, completely smooth inner and outer surface of the hose facilitates flow and cleaning. Reinforced with a spiral of stainless steel wire embedded in a TPE-S wall, making it resistant to vacuum and collapsing. The transparent wall allows for easy visual monitoring of flow. The hose material is non-vulcanized, clean (without vulcanization additives), resistant to hydrolysis, does not promote bacterial growth, has low porosity and low permeability. Completely neutral in taste and odor, does not alter the organoleptic properties of the medium. Resistant to aging, weather conditions, and UV radiation. Cleaning by SIP method is not recommended, as it significantly shortens the service life. Use for high-proof alcohol (its vapors or other flammable substances) requires consideration of hazards related to static electricity. As a hose reinforced only with a spiral (without a braid), it exhibits some elongation under pressure, therefore the maximum working pressure of the hose is low (safety factor 1:5). Hose cleaning, disinfection, or sterilization should be carried out strictly according to the recommendations provided in the catalog sheet below.
