Universal, highly flexible, unreinforced hose designed for non-pressurized (or very low pressure) transfer of water, beer, wine, alcohols, juices, and beverages. The absence of phthalates in the hose material makes it suitable for the transfer of milk and its derivatives, as well as alcohols with a volumetric concentration of up to 50% and temperatures up to +40°C. Not recommended for oils and fatty food substances. Also used for liquids in general industrial applications, for light chemicals (acids, bases), for solid substances (powders), and as protection for pipes, conduits, hoses, etc. For the hose, the stated pressure value is an indicative value of the recommended working pressure, assumed for a typical PVC hose, with a safety factor of 5:1. The use of the hose for a specific working pressure should be preceded by testing under working conditions. Standards and requirements: Food industry, food contact: compliant with European requirements 1935/2004/EC and 10/2011/EU (simulated fluids A, B, C, and D1), 2023/2006/EC (GMP). Hose material: transparent PVC. Working pressure: low, up to several bar, depending on temperature. Operating temperature: from -15°C to +60°C.
