Very strong and flexible, resistant to abrasion hose suction-delivery intended for pressure conveying oils and fuels. special blend PVC, PU and NBR ensures high resistance to oil drive, biodiesel, and blue oil (fuel used in maritime navigation). Reinforcement spiral with galvanized wire steel, embedded in layer internal, PVC, ensures good resistance to vacuum and kinking hose. smooth Layer inner reduces losses flow. thanks to reinforcement a braid hose has high pressure working and small deformation under pressure. used in distribution, refuelling and handling oils and fuels, e.g. in tankers automotive for refuelling oil heating in domestic systems heating. hoses o diameters 76 ÷ 102 mm have external layer polyurethane (increasing significantly resistance to abrasion) and copper cable antistatic. Inner layer: black PVC / PU / NBR. Reinforcement: steel spiral, a polyester braid. Outer layer: black PVC / PU / NBR (diameter 19 mm ÷ 63 mm); black PU (diameter 76 mm and more). Operating temperature: od -25°C up to +60°C (working pressure depends on temperature).
