Hose for low-pressure parts of hydraulic power systems, compliant with SAE 100 R6 and ISO 4079 R6 standards. Designed primarily for hydraulic fluids based on mineral oil and some synthetic hydraulic fluids. It can also be used for water-based hydraulic fluids as well as for water and air with a temperature limit of +70°C (air applications may require micro-perforation of the outer layer). Suitable for many liquid products in the petrochemical industry: mineral and synthetic oils, diesel and heating oil, ethylene glycol, and others. Not recommended for gasoline and ester-based oils, unsuitable for aromatic hydrocarbons. Inner layer made of black, smooth synthetic rubber. Reinforcement with textile braid. Outer layer made of black synthetic rubber, resistant to abrasion, oil, ozone, and weather conditions. Inner layer: black synthetic rubber. Reinforcement: single textile braid. Outer layer: black synthetic rubber. Working pressure: from 12 bar to 28 bar – depending on the hose diameter. Operating temperature: from -40°C to +100°C.
