Thick, strong, and flexible pressure hose compliant with the dimensions and requirements of standard EN ISO 6134:2005 type 2 class A (Ω), with steel reinforcement, intended for conveying saturated and superheated steam. The inner layer has good resistance to high temperature and saturated steam. It can be temporarily used for superheated steam at a temperature of 232°C and pressure of 18 bar; prolonged use with superheated steam reduces the hose’s lifespan. The outer layer is resistant to temperature, weather conditions, abrasion, and aging. Antistatic R ≤10⁶ Ω. The hose is used in the chemical, petrochemical, energy industries, and other industrial applications. It is not intended for steam cleaners (“dry steam cleaners”). For steam, use special screw-on fittings designed for steam. To extend the lifespan, the hose should be emptied of steam after use to avoid condensate accumulation.
