Resistant to fats and oils within standard usage range. Good chemical resistance to light chemicals – solutions of acids and bases. Extruded, completely smooth inner and outer surface of the hose facilitates flow and cleaning. Double reinforcement of the hose with a spiral and braid ensures good strength against overpressure and vacuum. The hose material is non-vulcanized, clean (contains no vulcanization additives), resistant to hydrolysis, does not promote bacterial growth, has low porosity and low permeability. Completely neutral in taste and odor, does not alter the organoleptic properties of the medium. Resistant to aging, weather conditions, and UV radiation. Hose cleaning, disinfection, or sterilization must be carried out strictly according to the recommendations provided in the catalog sheet below. Washing by SIP method is not recommended as it shortens the hose’s service life. Application for high-proof alcohol (its vapors or other flammable substances) requires consideration of hazards related to static electricity. Norms and requirements: 1) Food industry, contact with food: compliant with European requirements 1935/2004/EC and 10/2011/EU (simulation fluids A, B, C, D1, D2), 2023/2006/EC (GMP) and American FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 “e”. 2) Pharmaceutical industry: USP CLASS VI.
