Quick connector for liquids, DN4, with BSP female thread, nickel-plated brass, CEJN – NON DRIP
Leak-free flat-face quick couplings designed for fluid transfer (water, oil, chemicals, etc.). The flat contact surfaces minimize potential fluid leakage and prevent air inclusion while allowing for easy maintenance of the coupling’s cleanliness. Sockets and plugs are available with or without shut-off valves, enabling three coupling configurations: free flow (sockets and plugs without a valve), one-sided shut-off (socket with a valve, plug without a valve), and two-sided shut-off (leak-free, socket and plug with a valve). Protective caps are available to shield the quick coupling from contaminants when disconnected. To ensure additional safety, when interchanging socket-plug connections is not permissible, color coding of the quick coupling is possible. Standard identification rings are offered in green, with optional colors: black, blue, red, white, yellow, or so-called key coding (the socket and plug have additional grooves and protrusions that only properly matched will allow the coupling to connect). Material: nickel-plated brass. Sealing: NBR, Viton, EPDM. Working pressure: 20 bar. Operating temperature: from -15°C to +100°C – NBR, from -20°C to +150°C – EPDM, from -20°C to +205°C – Viton (up to +125°C for identification rings).
