Suction and delivery hose for transfer of dry cement, coal, minerals, steel shot ALUSPHERE SPO 10 SF®
Suction and pressure hose for pneumatic transport of dry abrasive substances. Special hose construction with exceptional abrasion resistance. The inner layer is smooth, made of black antistatic natural rubber with embedded alumina (Al2O3) ceramic balls, a material with high hardness. Built-in copper wire that, when grounded (connected to a grounded end), dissipates electric charges. The outer layer is corrugated, made of black antistatic (R<10^6Ω) SBR/NR rubber resistant to abrasion and aging. The hose is designed for transporting dry highly abrasive substances: e.g., dry cement, coal, coke, solid fuels from secondary raw materials, minerals, ceramic powders, steel shot, glass shards, fiberglass. Used in steelworks, coking plants, power plants, cement plants, mines, glassworks, abrasive material factories, and insulation material factories. An advantage is the long lifespan of the hose in these applications; a traditional abrasion-resistant rubber hose may work for only a few days, while the ALUSPHERE hose can last several months under the same conditions. Installation: The hose is designed for installation using the GHIBLI system – aluminum half-flanges PN10 applied externally to the hose. Inner layer: ceramic balls embedded in black NR rubber. Reinforcement: synthetic cord, steel spiral. Outer layer: black SBR/NR rubber. Working pressure: from 8 bar to 10 bar – depending on the hose diameter. Vacuum: 0.9 bar. Operating temperature: from -30°C to +80°C.
