Is the ÅÄcznik 90° do wÄża z tworzywa PP, PVDF, seria 1D typ EM compatible with all flexible PFA hoses and their flared (thermal expansion) ends?

Yes. The ÅÄcznik 90° do wÄża z tworzywa PP, PVDF, seria 1D typ EM is designed specifically for flexible PFA hoses with flared (thermally expanded) ends. Its geometry and sealing principle accommodate the flared connection required for PFA hose installation, ensuring secure, leak-free joints. Constructed from polypropylene or PVDF and rated to 10 bar, it supports applications where low particle deposition and bacterial accumulation are critical (laboratory, medical, pharmaceutical, chemical, food). Provided the hose dimensions (inner/outer diameter and flare size) match the connectorâs specified sizes, the ÅÄcznik 90° do wÄża z tworzywa PP, PVDF, seria 1D typ EM will be compatible. If dimensions differ, use the matching size variant or consult supplier specifications.

How to properly install the ÅÄcznik 90° do wÄża z tworzywa PP, PVDF, seria 1D typ EM on flared PFA hose ends to ensure leak-free connection?

To properly install the ÅÄcznik 90° do wÄża z tworzywa PP, PVDF, seria 1D typ EM on flared PFA hose ends and ensure a leakâfree connection, follow these steps: 1. Prepare hose: cut PFA hose squarely; clean internal/external surfaces from debris and contaminants. 2. Flare the end: heat the hose tip uniformly to the manufacturerâs recommended temperature until pliable, then expand the end to form a smooth, even flare matching the connector bore. Avoid thinning or burning the material. 3. Inspect flare: ensure the flared lip is continuous, concentric, and free of cracks or irregularities. Diameter must correspond to the ÅÄcznik 90° do wÄża z tworzywa PP, PVDF, seria 1D typ EM specifications. 4. Assembly: slide the flared PFA end into the connector until it seats fully against the internal shoulder; do not force or twist excessively. The flared shape creates the seal. 5. Verify: perform a pressure/leak test up to working pressure (10 bar) with the intended medium; check for seepage and particle release. 6. Recheck periodically for thermal or mechanical stress. Proper flaring and seating guarantee no particle deposition, bacterial accumulation, and elimination of leakage.

Can the ÅÄcznik 90° do wÄża z tworzywa PP, PVDF, seria 1D typ EM withstand sterilization and cleaning procedures used in pharma labs?

ÅÄcznik 90° do wÄża z tworzywa PP, PVDF, seria 1D typ EM. suitability for sterilization and cleaning in pharma labs: Yes, ÅÄcznik 90° do wÄża z tworzywa PP, PVDF, seria 1D typ EM can be compatible with common sterilization and cleaning procedures used in pharmaceutical laboratories, with some important caveats: - Materials: The connector is made of polypropylene (PP) and PVDF. PVDF has excellent chemical resistance and good thermal stability (usable in many steam and chemical sterilization cycles). PP is chemically resistant and widely used in lab fittings but has lower thermal resistance than PVDF (softening and dimensional changes may occur at higher autoclave temperatures). - Design benefits: The connector is designed for PFA flexible hoses with a flared (thermal expansion) installation that minimizes particle deposition, prevents bacterial accumulation, and eliminates leaksâfeatures that support cleanability and sterility maintenance. - Typical procedures: - Chemical sterilization (e.g., hydrogen peroxide, peracetic acid, ethanol). generally compatible, especially with PVDF; PP is usually compatible with many disinfectants but check specific agent compatibility and exposure times. - CIP/SIP (cleaning-in-place/sterilization-in-place) with hot water/steam: PVDF tolerates higher temperatures; PP may tolerate limited autoclave cycles (typically up to ~121°C) but prolonged or repeated exposure to high-temperature steam can cause deformation or reduced mechanical properties. Confirm with supplier temperature limits for the specific part. - Autoclaving (121°C, saturated steam). PVDF portions are more likely to withstand cycles; PP portions may be marginal depending on cycle frequency and duration. - Pressure: Working pressure 10 bar is adequate for many process conditions, but ensure pressure/temperature combinations during sterilization remain within rated limits. Recommendation: For critical sterile applications, verify with the manufacturer the maximum allowable temperature, recommended number of autoclave cycles, and compatibility with specific sterilants. If repeated high-temperature sterilization is required, consider using an all-PVDF or alternative higher-temperature material to ensure long-term integrity.
