The CMPC series compact actuator, with an externally threaded piston rod, features a lightweight design and short installation length, allowing for mounting in hard-to-reach places. The special profile of the actuator is connected to the outer covers using screws, ensuring optimal axial stiffness and increasing the variety of mounting options. It is equipped with a magnet embedded in the piston, and grooves in the profile allow for the use of magnetic sensors without additional accessories. Manufactured according to ISO 15552 standard. This standard enables easy and quick selection and replacement of the actuator during machine maintenance work. Piston diameter: Ø 32 ÷ Ø 100. Actuator type: double-acting, double-acting with a through piston rod, and single-acting. Piston rod material: C45 chrome-plated steel or stainless steel. Minimum operating pressure: 0.4 ÷ 0.6 bar, depending on the diameter. Maximum operating pressure: up to 10 bar. Operating temperature: from -10°C to +80°C.
