Robust, compact, one-piece, brass ball valve type 6310 / 6400 / 6410
Professional, one-piece ball shut-off valve of European production, with a body made of brass casting, featuring a straight plastic lever (with a replaceable label in colors: standard red; available yellow, blue, green, white), intended for industrial installations. It can be used for air, neutral gases, water, chemicals, petrochemical products, etc., free from solid contaminants, compliant with the chemical resistance of the valve materials. It has a stem blow-out protection. Meets the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive PED 2014/68/EU, regarding good engineering practice (SEP), in accordance with Article 4, paragraph 3. Compliant with the RoHS material directive 2011/65/EU and REACH regulation 1907/2006, does not contain silicones. Available versions of these valves with stem sealing made of Viton: PTFE / FKM (valve working temperature: -15°C to +130°C) and on special order versions PTFE / EPDM (-40°C to +130°C) and PTFE / HNBR (-30°C to +130°C). The working pressure of these versions depends on the working temperature. The stated minimum working temperature applies to the valve emptied of freezing liquid. Can operate under vacuum: -0.99 bar. Q – air flow at an inlet pressure of 6 bar and pressure drop Δp=1 bar, expressed in liters at atmospheric pressure [Nl]; Kv – flow coefficient of the valve expressed in metric units (water flow in m³ per hour at pressure drop Δp=1 bar). Body material: nickel-plated brass. Ball material: chrome-plated brass. Lever material: polyamide (PA 66). Ball sealing: PTFE. Stem sealing: NBR. Connection: BSP thread (ISO 228-1) / BSP and BSPT thread (ISO 7-1). Working temperature: from -20°C to +80°C.
