GENOVA LL® GLOBAL strong suction and discharge hose for gasoline and oil, anti-static
Strong suction and discharge hose designed for unleaded gasoline, diesel oil, and liquid fuels containing up to 50% aromatic compounds. Used in industry and transportation for the transfer and handling of petrochemical products, in tank trucks, at road and rail loading and unloading terminals for fuels. Inner layer made of black, smooth, antistatic (R ≤ 10^6 Ω) NBR rubber (NBR1). Reinforced with layers of high-strength cord and a steel spiral. Equipped with two copper wires ensuring electrical continuity between the hose ends, provided they are properly connected to the fittings. Outer layer made of black, antistatic (R ≤ 10^6 Ω) synthetic rubber, self-extinguishing, resistant to abrasion, oil, ozone, and weather conditions. Through-wall resistance of the hose R ≤ 10^9 Ω (type M/T). Compliant with standards EN12115:11 (16 bar), EN 1761 (10 bar), ISO 2929 (10 bar), TRbF. Certified for explosion hazard zones Ex (ATEX). Excellent resistance to petrochemical products, strong construction, and antistatic properties of both inner and outer layers, built-in antistatic wires, recommend this hose for demanding applications, including in explosion hazard zones. In any case, however, use in explosion hazard zones (ATEX) should be preceded by a risk analysis conducted by a specialist. A version without wire (type Ω/T) is available upon special request. Inner layer: black, smooth NBR rubber. Reinforcement: synthetic cord, steel spiral. Outer layer: black synthetic rubber. Working pressure: 16 bar. Operating temperature: from -30°C to +90°C (temporarily up to +110°C).
