Strong suction and discharge hose designed for the transfer of food substances, requiring the use of odorless and tasteless rubber. It contains no phthalates or bisphenol A. Thanks to the steel spiral reinforcement, it has good resistance to vacuum. Suitable for milk and its derivatives, as well as wine, beer, and fruit juices. Not recommended for oils and fatty food substances. Widely used in the food industry. The outer layer of the hose is resistant to abrasion and weather conditions. Standards and requirements: Food industry, contact with food: 1935/2004/EC and 2023/2006/EC (GMP). D.M. 21/03/73, FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, BfR XXI cat. 2. Inner layer: white natural rubber (NR). Reinforcement: synthetic cord, steel spiral. Outer layer: blue EPDM rubber. Working pressure: 6 bar. Operating temperature: from -25°C to +80°C.
