Braid-reinforced PVC hose for food substances TRICOCLAIR® AL
Lightweight, very flexible pressure hose designed for the transfer of water, juices, beverages, and other food products at temperatures up to +40°C. The absence of phthalates in the hose material makes it suitable for the transfer of milk and its derivatives, as well as alcohols with concentrations up to 50% and temperatures up to +40°C. Not recommended for oils and fatty food substances. Also widely used in industry and laboratories for compressed air, gases, and light chemicals. The reinforcement with a spiral braid ensures high pressure resistance and low deformation of the hose under pressure, even with pressure pulsations (within the working pressure range). Standards and requirements: Food industry, food contact: compliant with European regulations 1935/2004/EC and 10/2011/EU (simulant fluids A, B, C, and D1), 2023/2006/EC (GMP). Hose material: transparent PVC. Reinforcement: polyester braid. Working pressure: from 9 bar to 27 bar, depending on the hose diameter. Operating temperature: from -15°C to +60°C.
