SBC BOSS clamp for attaching hose ends to MS and GF steam hoses

SBC (Steam Bolt Clamp) clamps made of galvanized cast iron, stainless steel (AISI 316), and brass, bolted with claws for locking (flange) of the ends. Designed primarily for mounting ends for steam types GF and MS BOSS in rubber hoses for steam. The clamp must be precisely matched to both the size (internal diameter) of the hose and the actual external diameter of the hose, and during operation, it should be periodically checked and possibly tightened. Depending on the size, the clamps differ in shape, number of claws, and number of fastening screws. Material: galvanized cast iron, stainless steel AISI 316, brass. Working pressure: 18 bar (+210°C) – saturated steam. Operating temperature: up to +230°C.
