Extraction hose for vapors, high temperature gases SILICONE 1
Lightweight, very flexible and elastic hose designed for the extraction of hot vapors, smoke, gases, blowing, and the discharge of cooling air. Chemically resistant, UV resistant, and aging resistant. Used, among others, for gas extraction in the metallurgical industry, foundries, glass and ceramic industries, for hot air in industrial dryers, in printing houses and paper mills, in vehicles and engines for cooling air, incinerators, as well as for the extraction of exhaust gases and welding gases. Smooth inside (when straightened), with a very small bending radius allowing easy installation in tight spaces of equipment and vehicles. Not recommended for continuous dynamic bending. Installation with clamps. Other diameters and lengths, soft ends of sections, etc., available on special order. Hose material: glass fabric impregnated with red silicone. Reinforcement: internal spiral of steel wire, external strand of fiberglass. Operating temperature: from -70°C to +250°C (temporarily up to +300°C).
