TU 40 fuel hose
Flexible hose designed for the transmission of industrial oils, mineral oils, diesel fuel (EN 590:2010), biodiesel, and heating oil (DIN 51 603 1÷5) under higher pressure. Also suitable for compressed air and glycol-based coolants. The inner layer is made of black, smooth NBR rubber, antistatic R<106 Ω/m (EN ISO 8031:2009). Reinforcement with durable textile braid provides a safety factor of 4:1. Resistant to slight vacuum up to approximately 0.6 bar. The outer layer is made of black, smooth SBR/NVC rubber (NVC – a blend of NBR and PVC) and is resistant to oil, ozone, and weather conditions. Inner layer: black NBR rubber. Reinforcement: polyester braid. Outer layer: black SBR/NVC rubber. Working pressure: 40 bar. Operating temperature: from -45°C to +100°C for fuels and oils, from -45°C to +70°C for air.
