Suction and pressure hose for pneumatic transport of dry abrasive substances. Thick inner layer made of polyurethane, with very high abrasion resistance (below 36 mm³ according to DIN 53516), very smooth and with a low friction coefficient, allowing the conveyed product to slide. Two built-in copper wires that, when grounded (connected to a grounded end), discharge electric charges. The outer layer is corrugated, made of black, antistatic (R<10^6Ω) SBR/NR rubber resistant to abrasion, ozone, and aging. The hose is designed for the transport of dry, highly abrasive substances, particularly in foundries, welding shops, the ceramic industry, construction, and woodworking. Installation: The hose is intended for installation using the GHIBLI system – aluminum half-flanges PN10 applied externally to the hose. Inner layer: special polyurethane (PU). Reinforcement: synthetic cord, steel spiral. Outer layer: black SBR/NR rubber. Working pressure: from 3 bar to 10 bar – depending on the hose diameter. Vacuum: 0.9 bar. Operating temperature: from -30°C to +80°C (temporarily up to +100°C).
