Light and very flexible even in low temperature hose suction-delivery, intended for applications general-industrial (in industry, construction, agriculture). It can be used for water, light chemicals, sludge and sewage, agents protection plants, other liquids (without fat, oils and hydrocarbons) as well as for air, vacuum conveying dusts, powders, granulates and other lightly abrasive substances bulk (non-greasy). In that case the abrasiveness and the possible problem of static electricity must be taken into account. Reinforcement with a rigid-PVC spiral, impact-resistant, provides good resistance to vacuum and kinking of the hose. A smooth inner surface reduces flow losses and ensures ease of cleaning. The outer surface is lightly corrugated, smooth for small diameters. As a hose reinforced only with a rigid-PVC spiral, without a braid, it shows a certain elongation under pressure, which must be taken into account in use, especially at elevated temperatures. Hose material: green transparent PVC. Reinforcement: rigid-PVC spiral. Working pressure at a temperature of 20°C: from 2 bar to 6.5 bar – depending on the diameter hose. As the working temperature rises, the hose’s working pressure value decreases. Operating temperature: from -25°C to +55°C.
