Universal PVC/PVC hose for liquid food substances TCN COLOR
Multifunctional PVC hose, soft, flexible, and elastic. Designed for water, air, and light chemicals. Often used for color differentiation of individual installation lines. Available in black upon special request. Can be used (at temperatures up to 40°C) for liquid and semi-liquid food products such as juices, beverages, beer, wine, alcohols with a concentration of up to 50%, milk, and its derivatives. Not recommended for oils and fatty food substances. The TCN COLOR hose complies with European requirements 1935/2004/EC, 10/2011/EU (simulants A, B, C, and D1), 2023/2006/EC (GMP). Suitable for temporary contact with food during the transfer of food substances – under the conditions specified in the manufacturer’s declaration of conformity (available at Tubes International). Inner layer: transparent PVC. Reinforcement: polyester braid. Outer layer: red (R) or blue (BL) PVC. Working pressure at 20°C: from 16 bar to 22 bar – depending on the hose diameter. As the operating temperature increases, the working pressure value of the hose decreases. Operating temperature: from -15°C to +60°C.
