Highly flexible fuel and oil resistant hose TECHNOBEL® PU
Lightweight, extremely flexible and pliable PVC hose with a small bending radius, featuring an internal layer of polyurethane (PU, polyester-polyurethane). Due to the good chemical resistance of polyurethane, the hose can be used for gasoline, unleaded gasoline, oils, petroleum products, and many solvents. Suitable for compressed air, including oiled air. Due to the good abrasion resistance of polyurethane, it can also be used for conveying moderately abrasive powders or granules. However, it is not recommended for acids, bases, and aqueous solutions at temperatures above 40ºC. Not suitable for aromatic hydrocarbons (benzene, toluene, xylene, etc.). The hose is widely used in all areas of industry. Also used in agriculture for agricultural spraying (insecticides, pesticides, herbicides, etc.). Used for compressed air for pneumatic tools, spray guns, painting, sandblasting, etc. The outer layer is resistant to hydrocarbons and solvent mists. Suitable for mounting on reels. Inner layer: transparent polyurethane (PU). Reinforcement: polyester braid. Outer layer: black PVC. Working pressure: from 12 bar to 20 bar, depending on the hose diameter and temperature. Operating temperature: from -15°C to +60°C.
