Thermoplastic self-clamping PUSH-ON hose
Very lightweight and flexible hose made of thermoplastic polyurethane intended for low-pressure hydraulic, pneumatic, and water installations. Used in industrial automation and the automotive industry. Free from LABS (linear alkylbenzene sulfonates), thus it does not react with paints. Safety factor of 4:1. It has some resistance to vacuum. The hose is designed to work with self-clamping PUSH-ON type fittings. NON CONDUCTIVE version (TO-107…) is electrically non-conductive (leakage under test conditions according to standards less than 50 μA for a voltage of 246 kV/m for 5 minutes), used with electrical devices, e.g., in cooling systems. Inner layer: polyurethane. Reinforcement: synthetic braid. Outer layer: black polyurethane (standard), orange polyurethane (NON CONDUCTIVE). Working pressure: 20 bar. Operating temperature: from -40°C to +80°C.
