Three-layer suction hose with a specific construction designed for the discharge of very hot (up to 1100°C) gases, vapors, smoke, and air. The outer layer of impregnated glass fabric with stainless steel threads provides mechanical strength, the middle thick high-temperature fabric serves as insulation, and the inner very fine stainless steel mesh separates the flow of hot gases. Flame retardant, resistant to hot sparks to some extent. Used with furnaces and engines for the extraction of very high-temperature gases in the metallurgical, ceramic, shipbuilding, aerospace, automotive, and military equipment industries. The hose has a strong construction and is resistant to damage due to the external spiral. Used exclusively as a suction hose operating under vacuum, due to the possibility of gas permeation outside under pressure (degassing). Hoses with a small internal diameter < 100 mm feature a so-called double-hose construction (the inner mesh layer constitutes a separate hose with a spiral). Hose installation on couplings with left-handed bridge clamps. Standard length: from 2 to 10 m – depending on the diameter. Hose material: 3 layers: externally impregnated glass fabric with stainless steel fibers (gray), middle layer – high-temperature insulating fabric, inside fine mesh – stainless steel. Reinforcement: external spiral made of wire and sheet metal from stainless steel. Operating temperature: from -50°C to +1100°C.
