Hose designed for the removal of dust, wood shavings, and chips in the woodworking and furniture industry. Designed for CNC machines for wood and plastic processing: machining centers, vertical milling machines, milling plotters. The thick steel spiral coated with white PVC is corrosion-resistant, has good adhesion to the hose material, and provides high pressure parameters. Despite its strong construction, due to the optimally selected large spiral pitch, it is very flexible, bendable, and compressible. Particularly recommended for dust and chip extraction from rapidly moving working heads (CNC Router Dust Collection System). Resistant to microbes, hydrolysis, as well as oils and gasoline. Does not contain halogen compounds and plasticizers. Flame-retardant, compliant with the German standard DIN 4102 class B1. The hose can be treated as electrically conductive after grounding the spiral, in accordance with German industrial recommendations BGI 739-2. Installation on couplings with bridge clamps (right-handed). Other diameters in the range of 80 ÷ 600 mm available on special order. Hose material: transparent polyester-polyurethane. Reinforcement: steel wire spiral coated with white PVC. Operating temperature: from -40°C to +100°C.
