Lightweight, flexible hose designed for the discharge of hot exhaust gases from gasoline and diesel engines. Used as a workshop hose deployed on the floor, adapted for drum winding systems, as a suction duct, or at engine testing stations. Resistant to crushing due to reinforcement with a thick, white, round nylon spiral (PA), covered externally with black TPE. Chemically resistant, particularly to gasoline and oil vapors, as well as ozone, hydrolysis, microbes, and UV radiation. Halogen-free and free of plasticizers. The P-G-EX 1 hose should be used with a vacuum exhaust gas removal system, employing the appropriate coupling between the hose and the engine exhaust outlet. Other diameters ranging from 40 to 250 mm are available on special order. Hose installation on couplings with bridge clamps (right-handed). Standard lengths: 2.5 m, 5 m, 7.5 m, 10 m, 15 m, and 20 m. Hose thickness measured between the spiral: 0.4 mm. Hose material: polyester fabric impregnated with a black TPE coating (thermoplastic elastomer). Reinforcement: nylon spiral in a TPE protective cover against abrasion. Operating temperature: from -40°C to +150°C (temporarily +170°C).
