Lightweight, eco-friendly extraction hose ECO 0.6
Lightweight, flexible hose designed for the conveyance of air, dust, powders, wood shavings, fine chips, light bulk materials, etc. Suitable for all types of industries, particularly frequently used for dust extraction and the removal of fine solid particles in the woodworking, furniture, ceramics, and plastics industries. Flexible and elastic, even at low temperatures. Compressible, smoother inside compared to ECO 0.4 hose. Good abrasion resistance, also resistant to microbes and hydrolysis. Non-toxic, free from halogen compounds and plasticizers. Resistant to oils and gasoline. The hose is marked with an arrow indicating the correct direction of medium flow. Wall thickness of the hose is measured between the spiral. Installation on couplings with bridge clamps (right-handed). Other diameters may be available upon special request. The hose is available in the following versions: ECO – standard version, ECO SE – flame-retardant material version (without fire classification), ECO AS – permanently antistatic version ISO 8031: R <109 Ω, TRGS 727 (6.4.2.4): R <2.5 x 108 Ωm, directive 2014/34/EU (ATEX): can be used in specific explosion hazard zones after risk analysis, ECO SE AS – antistatic and flame-retardant version (available on special request). The ECO hose is produced in a manufacturing process compliant with sustainable development policies, using raw materials from recycled clean production waste, renewable energy, closed water cycles, and other innovations. Hose material: transparent polyester-polyurethane. Reinforcement: steel wire spiral. Wall thickness measured between the spiral: 0.6 mm. Operating temperature: from -40°C to +100°C (temporarily up to +125°C).
