Quite lightweight, flexible, and pliable, temperature-resistant two-layer suction hose designed for the discharge of vapors, smoke, and high-temperature air. Flame-retardant, resistant to hot sparks within a certain range. Used with furnaces and engines for the extraction of high-temperature gases in the metallurgical, ceramic, shipbuilding, aerospace, automotive, and military equipment industries. Characterized by high compressibility – up to 1:6, strong construction due to glass fabric reinforced with stainless steel threads, and impact resistance thanks to the external spiral. Used exclusively as a suction hose operating under vacuum, due to the possibility of gas permeation outside under pressure (degassing). Also available with a stainless steel spiral (from a diameter of 80 mm). Hose installation on couplings with bridge clamps (left-handed). Standard length: from 2 to 10 m – contact Tubes International. Hose material: 2 layers of impregnated glass fabric with stainless steel fibers, gray. Reinforcement: external spiral made of galvanized steel wire and sheet. Operating temperature: from -50°C to +650°C.
