SUPERELASTIC hose for industrial and domestic vacuum cleaners
Very lightweight, extremely flexible and elastic hose designed for the removal of dust, powder, contaminated air, fumes, vapors, etc. Thanks to its unique construction with longitudinal and transverse reinforcement made of synthetic fibers and a steel spiral, it features a very small bending radius, resistance to kinking, and exceptional tensile strength. Durable and reliable, widely used in industrial and household vacuum systems, in construction work for cleaning and drying, and as a protective hose. Cadmium-free in accordance with BGR 132. Discharge of electric charges through grounding of the steel spiral. The left-handed reinforcing spiral allows for the attachment of appropriate fittings for vacuum cleaners with a left-hand thread (PVC fittings for the SUPERELASTIC hose or other suitable ones). Hose mounting with clamps on appropriate ends, pipe fittings, etc. Hose material: two layers of soft PVC reinforced with fiber. Reinforcement: steel spiral coated with PVC. Operating temperature: from 0°C to +85°C (operating pressure dependent on temperature).
