Hyperline FX SS AS SI WHITE hose is a lightweight, flexible Teflon hose. Due to its properties, it is recommended for the transfer of hot media and CIP applications. The hose can be supplied by the meter or as complete assemblies. The outer layer made of white silicone facilitates cleanliness maintenance. This solution also protects the operator from burns. High resistance of the inner layer to prolonged exposure to steam. At operating temperatures above +160°C, the maximum working pressure specified in the technical data should be reduced by 1% for each 1°C above this temperature. For example, at a temperature of 180°C, the maximum working pressure for hose AF-FXSS-10 is: 100 bar – (180°C-160°C) x 1 = 100 bar – 20% = 80 bar. The specified value of vacuum is defined for operating temperatures up to 150°C. The hose is standardly available in an antistatic version and is also available in a natural PTFE version. Hose material: smooth inside, corrugated outside, antistatic PTFE (Teflon). Reinforcement: single braid of AISI 304 steel with an additional protective layer of white silicone rubber. Working pressure: from 50 bar to 110 bar – depending on the hose diameter. Operating temperature: from -70°C to +204°C.
