Extraction hose for exhaust fumes, gases NEOPRENE 2
Lightweight, very flexible and elastic hose designed for the extraction of hot vapors, smoke, gases, blowing, and the discharge of cooling air. Reinforced version of the NEOPRENE 1 hose, with two layers of fabric impregnated with neoprene and a steel spiral placed between the layers. Chemically resistant, UV resistant, and aging resistant. Used, among others, for hot air in granulate dryers and film blowers in plastic processing, in paint dryers in printing houses, other industrial dryers, in the electronics industry, in vehicles and engines for cooling air, incinerators, as well as for the extraction of exhaust gases and welding gases. Smooth inside (in a straightened state), with a small bending radius allowing easy installation in tight spaces of equipment and vehicles. Installation with clamps. Other diameters and lengths, soft ends of sections, etc., available on special order. Hose material: two glass fabrics impregnated with black CR rubber (Neoprene® – chloroprene rubber). Reinforcement: steel wire spiral, with two fiberglass cords on the outside. Operating temperature: from -35°C to +135°C (temporarily up to +150°C).
