The inner layer is made of transparent, abrasion-resistant polyurethane, with a thickness ranging from 0.6 mm (DN30) to 1 mm (DN100). The hose features a copper wire arranged in a spiral along its length, which discharges electric charges when grounded or connected to an end fitting. Widely used in plastic processing in applications requiring higher resistance to abrasion, puncturing, and cutting of the hose. Particularly recommended for plastic regenerates with relatively sharp edges.
