Light, flexible, and smooth interior hose with a white spiral, designed for the removal of dust, chips, fibers, and lightweight bulk materials in the paper, textile, and wood industries. It retains its flexibility and bendability even at low temperatures. The dense steel spiral coated with white PVC ensures high pressure parameters, is resistant to corrosion, and has good adhesion to the hose material. The hose has good resistance to abrasion, oils, and gasoline. Installation on couplings – with bridge clamps (right-handed). Other diameters available upon request. Versions: P1 N PU – standard with high abrasion resistance; P1 N PU AS – antistatic (R ≤ 10⁸ Ω), compliant with TRBS 2153 and for extraction also with TRGS 727, resistant to microbes and hydrolysis; P1 N PU EL – electrically conductive (R ≤ 10⁴ Ω), compliant with ATEX 2014/34/EU, TRBS 2153 and for extraction also with TRGS 727, can be used in explosion hazard zones (after conducting a risk assessment). Hose material: transparent polyester-polyurethane (P1 N PU), transparent polyether-polyurethane (P1 N PU AS), black polyether-polyurethane (P1 N PU EL). Reinforcement: steel wire spiral coated with PVC. Wall thickness measured between the spiral: 0.5 mm and 0.6 mm from diameters of 100 mm. Operating temperature: from -40°C to +100°C.
