ESSEN 20® cooling water hose
Strong pressure hose designed for cooling water in foundries, smelters, and all applications where rubber hoses operate close to a heat source. Glass fiber covering resistant to temperatures up to +530°C caused by thermal radiation. Used in cooling systems. Particularly recommended for water installations near metallurgical furnaces. Resistant to short-term exposure to splashes of molten hot metal. Non-conductive – electrical resistance of the rubber compound ≥108 Ω/m. Inner layer: white insulating EPDM rubber. Reinforcement: synthetic cord. Outer layer: EPDM rubber covered with glass fiber. Working pressure: 20 bar. Operating temperature: from -40°C to +120°C (external up to +530°C).
