FS50 hydraulic hose cutting device
The FS50 device is designed for machining the outer or inner layer of rubber from machinable hydraulic hoses with a diameter range of 3/16″ to 2″. It is used for both single and series production of hydraulic hoses. It is manually controlled (rotation direction) and operated via a pedal (cutting activation), which is standard equipment. The device is powered by a three-phase motor with a power of 0.75 kW and weighs 34 kg. It comes standard with a tool holder and two cutting knives (for external machining). The cutting depth is adjustable via a special mechanism using a knob. The FS50 device works with FSE type mandrels for external machining and FSI for internal machining (ordered separately). A FS-RACK type stand (ordered separately) is used for tool storage.
