Medium thickness, ecological extraction hose ECO 0.7
Strong, flexible medium-thickness hose designed for the removal of dust, wood shavings, chips, bulk materials, granules, etc. Suitable for all types of industry, particularly commonly used for the removal of chips and other solid particles in the woodworking, furniture, ceramics, and plastics industries. The dense reinforcing spiral provides greater resistance to vacuum compared to ECO 0.4 and ECO 0.6 hoses. Flexible, less compressible, smooth inside, and elastic – even at low temperatures. Good abrasion resistance, also resistant to microbes and hydrolysis. Non-toxic, free from halogen compounds and plasticizers. Resistant to oils and gasoline. The hose is marked with an arrow indicating the correct direction of medium flow. The wall thickness of the hose is measured between the spiral. Installation on couplings with bridge clamps (right-handed). Other diameters may be available upon special request. The hose is available in the following versions: ECO – standard version, ECO SE – flame-retardant material version (UL94 V-2), ECO AS – permanently antistatic version ISO 8031: R <109 Ω, TRGS 727 (6.4.2.4): R <2.5 x 108 Ωm, directive 2014/34/EU (ATEX): can be used in specific explosion hazard zones after risk analysis, ECO SE AS – antistatic and flame-retardant version (available on special request). The ECO hose is produced in a manufacturing process compliant with sustainable development policies, using raw materials from recycled clean production waste, renewable energy, closed water circulation, and other innovations. Hose material: transparent polyester-polyurethane. Reinforcement: steel wire spiral. Wall thickness measured between the spiral: 0.7 mm. Operating temperature: from -40°C to +100°C (temporarily up to +125°C).
