Universal PVC/PVC hose reinforced with RP braid
High-quality multifunctional flexible hose produced in the United Kingdom. Designed for water, air, and light chemicals. The hose material is free from phthalates, silicone, and cadmium, compliant with RoHS and WEEE regulations. According to EU requirements, use for food products is possible after conducting the required migration tests using appropriate model fluids simulating the specific type of food (the material used for hose production complies with the requirements of 10/2011/EU and FDA 21). The hose material is self-extinguishing according to UL94-V2 and UL94-HB (at a thickness of 3 mm). Inner layer: transparent PVC. Reinforcement: polyester braid. Outer layer: red (R) or blue (BL) PVC. Working pressure: from 10 bar to 18.3 bar – depending on the hose diameter. Operating temperature: from -20°C to +55°C (temporarily +65°C, cold bending temperature down to -45°C). As the operating temperature increases, the working pressure value of the hose decreases.
